The Almighty has blessed every individual with talents and gifts. They are embedded within all. We have to explore these talents. The best way to probe these talents is by participation.
“Winning does not always mean being first.
Winning means you are doing better than you have ever done before”.
This is set in the young minds. We are just going to bring out these through the competitions. It gives us immense pleasure to organize an inter school competition as a task in exploring the talent of the Students of the schools in Coimbatore. This year also we have decided to conduct Intellect.
Date : 5th August 2010 (Thursday) Time: 8.15 a.m.
Venue : Sangamam Hall, Podanur Road, Coimbatore.
The details of the various competitions, timings, rules, application forms and brochures are enclosed. We expect the participation of your students. We wish all the best for the participants.
The same day evening,
N.K. MOHAMMED EDUCATIONAL AWARD will be given to the toppers of 10th and 12th Std for the students of Coimbatore city of the academic year 2009-10. It will be encouraging to other students to take heart and excel in their studies. The District Forest Officer Mr.Anwardeen I.F.S have consented to be the chief guests.

Students Islamic Organisation of India (S.I.O) works all over India for the past 28 years to create the educational awareness among the students, to improve the talents of the students and to have education with morality.
It conducts educational awareness campaign, competitions, personality development programmes, guidance, counseling classes. As a part of it, it conducts literary competition by the name Intellect every year.
Many students from various schools around the city participated bringing out their furtive talents. Many literary competitions were held to bring out their hidden talents. Many students participated and won laurel for themselves and for their schools.

GENERAL RULES
1. Kindly register the names of the participants by sending the application form by post or in person on or before 4th August, 2010.
2. Do send one form to us and keep the other with you.
3. The other form should be brought on the day of Intellect. .
4. The competitions are for the classes 9th, 10th, +1 and +2. (For both boys and girls)
5. No entrance fee is needed for this event. Do not pay any fee towards participation in the event of Intellect. .
6. All the students should come only in uniform.
7. Participants should come to the venue at 8.15 a.m. on 5.8.2010 (Thursday).
8. Prizes will be given on the same day evening.
9. Participation certificates will be given to all the participants.
10. Intellect Trophy will be given to the school which scores more number of points.
11. Students should make their own arrangement for lunch. It is better to bring lunch.
